The flora and fauna of Cruickston Charitable Research Reserve reflect its location along the boundary between the Carolinian zone of Canada and the Northern Hardwood forest of southern and central Ontario. Flora & Fauna Along this imaginary boundary, associations of species characteristic of Carolinian and Northern Hardwood forests intermix.
