A Natural Investment
CanadaHelps is a registered charity created to accept charitable donations online for
Canada’s charitable organizations. The CanadaHelps secure portal allows Cruickston Charitable
Research Reserve to accept credit card donations without fees to the charity or donor. By using
electronic fund transfer all the funds, minus the standard credit card transaction fee, are transferred
directly to the charity’s bank account. The project is designed to save charities and individuals time
and money. Its' goal is to reduce administrative costs associated with fundraising and to make donating
easier for Canadians. Donor information will not be distributed in any way. CanadaHelps affords charities
the opportunity to focus on their core activities, like protecting the environment.
