Kathy Absolon is Ojibwe / Anishinaabe kwe and comes from Flying Post First Nation. For years, Kathy has lived harmoniously with nature and has developed a love and passion for its natural medicines. On this hike she will be sharing some of the lessons she has learned from nature, mother earth and the land. These teachings, she believes, carry valuable messages for all of humanity in regards to our relationship with the earth. Kathy will re-attune us to the energies and the medicines nature provides.
